July’s ‘Pizza of the Month’: Elena!

At Skinny Duke’s, we believe in celebrating the creativity and talent of our back-of-house team. Each month, we feature a new pizza designed by a different team member. Named after Chef Neil's mother, the ‘Elena’ pizza is inspired by the southern Italian region of Calabria, where Neil's beloved Nonna was born. Calabria's rich culinary heritage has profoundly shaped Neil's culinary style and continues to influence his creations. Each bite of this pizza is a journey through the flavors and traditions of Calabria, offering a taste of the region's vibrant culture and history.

The Elena pizza features a mix of spicy 'nduja sausage, garlic broccolini, pickled eggplant, white anchovy, fresh oregano, and Pecorino cheese. This combination highlights the bold and rich flavors of Calabria, offering a delicious and unique taste experience.
