Here's a peek at what’s new on the menu at Bernie’s Super Club & Cinema:

Winter Panzanella Salad

Our seasonal twist on the classic Panzanella salad brings together a blend of fresh winter greens, roasted bosc pear, and tangy lemon whipped goat cheese. Butternut squash adds a subtle sweetness, balanced by crunchy country croutons, medjool dates, and candied pecans. Topped with parmesan reggiano and sesame-lacinato kale crackers and finished with a maple white balsamic vinaigrette.

Ebi Oshi

A light, yet decadent option, our Ebi Oshi is the perfect blend of savoury and sweet. Featuring a delicate sweet soy glaze, Japanese plum mayo, and a hint of lime.

Mussels & Clams

Dive into a hearty seafood experience with our Mussels & Clams dish, featuring Manila clams and Salt Spring Island mussels. The rich, smoky chorizo tomato broth is perfectly complemented by saffron aioli, kalamata olives, serrano peppers, and cilantro. Served with grilled baguette and crispy French fries to soak up every last drop.

King Salmon

For a lighter yet filling option, our King Salmon is paired with braised French lentils, a sauté of kale and smoked bacon, and root vegetables. Fresh horseradish and Cape Breton mustard pickles provide a zesty kick, while a tarragon and buttermilk vinaigrette ties the flavours together.

Porchetta Roast

Our Porchetta Roast showcases tender, herb-rubbed pork belly, perfectly roasted and served with smoky pulled pork hock and crispy fingerling potatoes. A creamy rutabaga and aged cheddar purée adds richness, while pickled banana peppers, Italian salsa verde, Granny Smith apple, and a grainy mustard pork jus bring bright and bold flavours to this comforting dish.

Bucatini Volognese

Our vegan take on the classic Bolognese, this Bucatini dish features a hearty mushroom and walnut tomato braise, elevated by basil pesto, herb whipped “ricotta,” and a sprinkle of cashew parmesan. Topped with a garlic bread gremolata, it’s a satisfying plant-based alternative that doesn’t compromise on flavour.

We’ve also given a couple of our favourites a refresh—our Garden Roll and Beef Tartare have been updated with new ingredients and flavours.

Garden Roll

For those who loved our Garden Roll, we’ve given it a fresh update! This vibrant roll now includes roasted sweet potato, pickled daikon radish, and spinach, all tied together with an umami chipotle sauce. Fried shallots and sesame seeds add a crunchy, savoury element that makes this dish a must-try.

Beef Tartare

Our Beef Tartare has been given a refresh with a few exciting updates. Hand-cut tenderloin is paired with green peppercorn aioli and a black truffle balsamic vinaigrette for a rich, bold flavor. Caperberries, pickled red onion, mustard seeds, parmesan, and microgreens add layers of texture and complexity, while crispy pizzelles—traditional Italian waffle cookies—bring a delicate crunch to perfectly complement the tender beef
