Building Our Team: BNA Vernon Job Fair

This past week, we had the incredible opportunity to participate in a job fair hosted by Community Futures North Okanagan and WorkBC Centre Vernon—and what a success it was!

We were thrilled to meet over 170 potential candidates, a record attendance for a WorkBC Vernon job fair! Connecting with so many talented individuals from the Vernon community was not only inspiring but also a reminder of why we’re so excited to be opening in this vibrant area.

At the heart of this event was our commitment to building a strong, community-focused team that reflects the spirit and values of Vernon. We believe that our success isn’t just about the products we create or the services we offer—it’s about the people who make it all happen.
